We didn't have everything given to us on a silver platter, and yet we've been able to achieve career success that seems out of reach for a lot of people.
Together, we have 35+ years of senior leadership experience with major global firms.
Steve:
- was trained by top tier consulting firms,
- ran the P&L of a +$500m business with +1000 staff,
- led both front line operations and support function teams (HR, Safety, Finance & IT), and
- developed and facilitated leadership programs that over 1000 people have completed.
Lynne:
- has held corporate management and leadership roles in product development and customer service,
- delivered multi-million dollar projects,
- mentored team members who have since become leaders themselves.
- is a trained professional coach with the International Coaching Institute, and
- was nominated as the International Coaching Guild's 2022 Coach of the Year.
We are both passionate and invested parents and partners.
